Lori Shook

Lori Shook, MCC has been coaching since 1996 and training coaches in a variety of settings since 1998. She’s been delving into her own personal development for most of her life and hopes that personal development will become a normal thing that we do regularly. We need emotional fitness at least as much as we need physical fitness.
